Our Mission

To promote and serve Nelson County commerce, recognizing the diversity and common interests of the membership; serve as a catalyst to form a bond between community, government, and business.

Since 1923 the Bardstown-Nelson County Chamber of Commerce has grown and prospered as the united
voice for business in our area. The Chamber has accomplished much because of the dedication and hard work of hundreds of volunteers. They share the belief that our community is worth working for. With your help our community continues to improve because of the strong alliance between the business community, government and the local population. But most of all because we believe that Bardstown-Nelson County is a wonderful place to live and work.

Your Chamber continues to be involved with many community-wide projects, and continues to strive to
provide the economic well being of the business community. . With membership comprised of over 400 businesses and encompassing over 30,000 workers, your Chamber truly represents you, our members, and the busi ness community.

The Bardstown-Nelson County Chamber of Commerce works hard throughout the year to continue to
